Rate my schedule

This year I am a sophomore that goes to high school on a college campus. My school has A and B days so I have each class every other day. My schedule goes

A Day:

English 101 (college class)
Physics
Calculus (college class)
AP Human Geography (only AP offered for sophomores)

B Day:

English 101 (college class)
Engineering Design
Calculus (college class)
Spanish 3

I go to a new STEM school in which I will be a part of the first graduating class. Therefore we don't have many advanced classes. What do you think of this schedule?

Colleges don’t specifically say that you have to take fifty million AP classes…they just want you to take the most advanced classes your school offers, no matter what labels those classes have. It sounds like these are pretty advanced classes even though they’re not designed by the College Board.

But some questions:

 1. Is it a community college?
 2. What math will you be taking in the next two years?
 3. I’m assuming the fact that you’re taking physics now means you took biology and chemistry in previous years?
 4. Some colleges specifically mention history in their course requirements/recommendations, and some only say social studies. Are you or will you be taking ~2 years of history?

This year I am taking classes from a community college but next year I will take classes from a 4 year University.

2.Calculus 2 and Statistics

I took Biology Freshman year, but I have not taken Chemistry yet.

I will take a minimum of 2, but more than likely it will be 3.

Could Statistics be changed to Calculus 3?

Yes, I was just projecting Statistics, but it very easily could.
