Rate the level of difficulty--junior year schedule

Hey guys!

Today is registration for classes and I’m slightly panicked as to whether or not my schedule is considered rigorous enough. I felt comfortable when making the selections, but after seeing that I had only 4 AP classes, I’m nervous. I would like to be accepted into a good college, and I’m wondering on a 1-10 scale how rigorous you believe the following schedule is. **I will include notes about some of them since they may be a bit confusing. Thank you in advance!

(These are all the classes I am taking, both first and second semester; thus, there are more than 8 classes on the list)

AP Bio
Human Anatomy/Physiology
Biotechnology
FST/Precalc (combined math, offered for Laude credit)
AP Government and politics
Chinese 3
Spanish 5 (IS) (I skipped a grade sophomore year so this is a class that gives me 5 college credits at a major university)
Orchestra
AP Language and Composition
AP Macroeconomics
Phys. Ed (graduation requirement)

8.7

Grading Scale (out of 10)

“Hard” AP/DE/DC: 2
“Lite” AP: 1.5
Honors: 1
On-Level/ Graduation Requirement: 0
Score:10/10

Thanks for your response! Would you mind explaining “lite” vs “hard” and what the scores mean?

Sure. Use “@” and then the person’s username to mention (and alert them) to a comment @EllaSci4

Hard APs are Math, Science, English, World Language and History like Calc, Physics, Chem, Bio, Lang, Lit, APUSH, AP Euro, Spanish Lang, etc arec considered “core” while Lite APs are considered “electives” (AP Gov, Econ (Macro/Micro), Stat, etc. Hard APs are better than Lite APs (Calc vs Stat) and AP Lite is better than honors (in some cases, Honors can be considered more rigorous than AP depending on the location, the class and the AP in comparison).

The scores are my personal opinion (my school generally has a 7 period schedule so that what I based it off of).
