limcba21, My daughter attends RAM and a good friend of hers attends RCM. They are both very happy with their musical situations. RCM is quite a bit larger. RAM is affiliated with University of London. Both are very good schools. I would suggest doing more research online - both schools have facebook pages and web sites. Their program requirements are quite different, so I would suggest looking at that as well. If you decide to audition for a British school, I would suggest planning for an in person audition in London at both schools. The auditions take place in December and you would likely have an answer from them before the US schools start audtioning. Scholarships are weighted more heavily to those who audition in person and it would give you the opportunity to scope out the schools in person. As I recall, the auditions for the 2 schools are scheduled very closely together. Good luck!

Trust the knowledge of those that are in or have “kids” as undergrads, grad students, and those that are (trying) to make a living in music.

No one is here to beat you up. You are in ninth grade, so you have time. It would behoove you go through the vocal and general threads in this forum one by one. What you gain in knowledge now will be invaluable three years down the road, and sooner as you begin to see the development and training options available between now and the point you should begin compiling any list of potentials.

Search for some of the past vocal threads.
Learn this now. The world of music is small. The toes you step on today may well be on the foot that might have held a door open for you down the road.

This bears repeating. It’s tiny, and the higher you go, the smaller it is.
