Do non-rolling admission schools send out decisions on a same day regardless of Admitted/Rejected
Every school does it differently. What schools were you curious about?
Drexel, Northeastern, NYU, Wisconsin Madison, and Umich;
Ok sorry I don’t know about those. But if you try the admissions decusion threads for those schools from last two years people post the acceptances rejections and you can get a sensr of it. We are in California and each UC releases differently - send email and portal decision to all at once, some painfully trickle out over weeks starting with acceptances and ending weeks later with the waitlist and declines. I hope all your decisions are quick and clean (and some good Yeses)
UMich has rolling admission for RD and rejection usually come out later.
Many schools have a target deadline but often announce the admissions a few days earlier. They may still announce the rejection in a separated batch on the next day.
Over the years, even recently, several schools sent out admission notices to rejected students by mistake. They may separate the admission and rejection notice time to lower the chance of mix-up messages.
