When we hear back on RD, will JMU have already seen your mid year report grades? I mean, do they get those and factor that INTO the decision? Or will they do decisions THEN look at mid year report? And do we need to send those or does your guidance counselor send those to them? Confused on how all this works together.

Yes they will have seen your mid-year report grades, to be able to review your application.

I wouldnt worry about it if you had good grades through high school. I was a solid A-B student and got a D+ in calculus my second semester senior year and still got in.

Only if one is on the fence and mid years could tip the scale would I worry. Let’s say they are unsure of your application and your grades drop, you may not make it. You are close and grades are great, you are in. Doubtful they review every mid term.
