<p>I had a friend go to Brewster...and then lost all contact with him. It seems very much like a black hole.</p>

<p>Plus it's one of those schools that chants "Safety school" to other schools, which is the lamest thing I think I've ever heard. (Especially with a 60% acceptance rate, or whatever it has now...what gives you the right?)</p>

<p>Brewster Academy is a WONDERFUL school. I cannot say enough good things about it. Of course NO school is right for every child. The beauty of boarding school is since you are not limited to schools in your neighborhood, you can choose the right fit for your student.</p>
