<p>These are good questions. </p>
<p>How many of those high-achieving students, though, who are accustomed to being on the top of the mountain at their local high school, are going to be satisfied with not being the star of their reach university? With just being a so-so ranked college student? </p>
<p>Over and over again I see these high GPA, AP-laden students who ultimately end up at a decent but nothing special school. I think that’s perfectly okay, especially if these students are being offered substantial scholarships and the opportunity to be in an Honors Program or an accelerated track, or are given special privileges. </p>
<p>This may not be such a bad thing!</p>
