anyone willing to read over mine? I'm appealing to UCI, UCLA, and UCSD...most likely. UCI for sure though. I don't know how to write one but hopefully this will work. PLEASE help.

Kids, it is truly sad that you didn't get accepted to the dream schools you were hoping for. And, occasionally appeals may work-- IF there was an error or major problem with your original application. But, as has been said many times on cc: it's time to move on with your life. A wise mom on some other forums is using a phrase that I really like-- fall in love with your safety. Think long and hard about using up time writing and editing appeals letters when you could be doing a lot of other productive stuff, like finally relaxing and enjoying your last couple of months at home with your schools, families, and friends. It will be gone very soon. Appeals usually don't work. Admissions committees do their job, with what may seem to be fair or unfair results, but they would not give you the results they do if they wanted to change their minds. Again, appeals usually don't work. Chillax!

I'll read it too, I'm writing one to berkeley, need to see how one would look
