Read this: News you can use about upcoming changes in the GI bill

Veterans have been able to get the cost of in-state tuition as part of their GI benefits. However, depending on where the veteran was stationed, they might only be able to attend a few state universities to benefit from this. If they attend a state university where they aren't considered an "In-state" resident, they would be obligated to pay the difference between the instate and out of state rates. ALL of this is about to change!

Veterans will soon be able to attend ANY state institution regardless of where they were stationed. Congress is expected to add this huge change next Spring. Schools that don't comply with this will be tossed from the GI Bill program.

Good to know. Thanks.
