<p>That should be your EFC amount.</p>
<p>Since EFC > total budget, I assume the Financial need at the end would be $0.</p>
<p>We are in the similar situation. We are offered $45042 in loans, mainly parent loan plus.</p>
<p>OOS made Berkeley costs almost the same as the private school.</p>
