Readmission

I was placed on academic probation in August 2010 for the Fall term, however due to extenuating circumstances I did not satisfy the requirements and was academically suspended.

The terms were I had to sit out at least two semesters (not counting summer) and then apply for readmission. I have all my paperwork filled out and I wrote the letter explains what happened that led to the situation, how I have corrected it, and how I will make sure I succeed IF readmitted.

I am submitting the paperwork Monday. I only have talked to one other person who has gone through the process but his situation was different than mine (not suspended for academic reasons).

Has anyone been through the readmission process and can please tell me more about what its like? I am hopeful that UCF will give me a chance, but at the same time I am very anxious about beginning the process. Thanks.

Hi, Im on the same boat, in regards to UCF, just wondering if you got back in. Im in the readmission process myself now, but Im really scared to turn it in and get turned down. Any help is appreciated!

If you don’t apply then I can assure you with 100 % certainty, That you won’t get accepted give it a shot

Did either of you get readmitted? I am in the process now and I am so anxious

No I was denied the first time I applied in 2012. However then I didn’t have an AA degree from an outside college and now I do. I just applied again for readmission this week. Hopefully it works out now that I’ve met the requirements.

Anyone else get readmitted?
