If you get Regents you will also get a free ride if you need it.</p>
<p>full ride at the UC's -- highly unlikely. Loans are always included in the package. The Cal Regent's is ~$1k, UCLA is slightly more. The other UCs offer a Regent's which covers ~full tuition and fees, but not housing.</p>
<p>UCLA is ridiculously difficult to get. something like top 100 applicants or so.</p>
