Realistic chance for realistic aspirant

Can you please chance for the following stat.

GPA: 3.6 UW
SATI: 2240 (1440 = 740M + 700CR)
SAT II : Chemistry: 740
Math: 780
Biology: 750

EC: 250 hours of volunteering at childrens' hospital.

-Which college? CALS, HumEc, and CAS all have the Biology major but different standards of admission. Are you gunning for Biological Sciences, possibly pre-med?

-GPA is relatively low but can be offset by an upward trend in GPA (including 1st semester senior year), your high SAT/SATII scores, or some other hook, like a legacy or URM status.

-Is that your only EC?

First choice of college is : CALS and Second choice is: CAS.
Yes, Applied to Biology Major.
High upward trend from 3.1 to 4.0 (I dunno I how much this helps)

Despite a nice rising trend in GPA, your cumulative GPA is still mediocre, at best, for Cornell standards (miracles aside). Your test scores are otherwise pretty strong.

But you mention no class rank, no schedule information, no location, no race.

If your application is honestly just those stats and the singular EC of 250 hours of volunteer service, honestly, your chances are grim.

HONORLIONS: You’re correct. I am now more relying on miracle than real scenario.
I am in the top 20% of my class. (HS is within top 100 in the nation)
Took around 8 APs (including senior year) and scored 4.0 GPA unweighted in the fall quarter of senior year.
Sorry, I don’t have any other ECs.

No, based on the lack of EC’s alone. Cornell has too many kids to choose from with those kinds of test scores AND a lot of extracurricular activities.
