Realistic transfer suggestions?

Hey everyone!! I’m currently a freshman at florida state but i’m planning on transferring next fall. I’m transferring because I hate being so far away from my home in new jersey, FSU doesn’t have the major I want (neuroscience) and I don’t really enjoy the environment at FSU. I was wondering if anyone had any transfer suggestions? I’m really looking for a smaller school that’s relatively close to home, not as much of a party school as FSU, and has a good neuroscience program.
Here are some of my stats/more info:
I’m in the honors program at FSU
FSU GPA: 4.0
Overall college GPA: 3.9 (from dual enrollment)
High school GPA: 3.8 uw/ 4.2 w
ACT score: 28
EC: a few clubs in college, internship and soccer captain in high school

There seems to be a cell biology /neuroscience major at Rutgers. Would you get in-state tuition? I know it’s not a small school but it’s close to home.

TCNJ is a smaller school you’d probably get good tuition from and they have a few interesting Psychology concentrations like biopsychology and cognitive science.

I’ve been considering TCNJ a lot, it’s definitely on my list. I’ve looked into Rutgers too but it isn’t really what i’m looking for. I’m really interested in finding schools that aren’t super far from my home, maybe a few hour drive away in NY, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, etc. Thank you for your suggestions!!
