(First off, excuse any spelling/grammar mistakes...I'm wrestling with a terrible essay here as well)

So, I moved here technically for my senior year from Germany, but because I was in no way prepared for college (the move was very abrupt), I decided to retake 11th grade and give myself an extra year. Now, here I am, soon-to-be senior with no GPA as my councilor hasn't 'translated' my grades from Germany yet and the grand total of 2 AP classes which I will be taking next year(when I came I didn't know what AP classes were).

I don't have many extracurriculars yet because the 'clubs' I joined in Germany weren't even offered by the school since our school was strictly academic, except for the very poor choir that I still did take part in for 2 years.

I am particularly confused and a bit scared because I don't know how colleges will perceive me. I am half American, half German, have both citizenships (plus I'm all fancy and bilingual) but the last American schooling I had was elementary school. And now this junior year.

I have mixed grades from Germany as I was dealing with language difficulties and the high expectations (and I'm horrendous at math) at my new school back then and mostly As and some Bs from my new, lovely high school.

Now I'm asking myself, will people see me as some sort of semi-international student? Or am I just another American student to them..?

Oh, my SATs are: 710 reading (or comprehension?), 650 writing, 10/12 on the essay and......well. 450 on the math part (in my defense, I didn't know the English vocab for many things and I am retaking it!). Not grand but I'm working on it.

I was in Chorus all my life, played the piano and violin, took part in the 'Lego club' (science-y) for two years and am very artistically inclined. Also, I've been in fencing for quite some years too.

I hope this makes sense to someone and I'd love some feedback on where you would put me, college-wise!

Thank you!
