Really need some answers; chances of getting into UCSB?

I'm a high school student in Saudi Arabia, I go to the American Intl. School of Riyadh, and I've basically been in international schools my whole life, however i do have American citizenship and passport, so I won't really be an 'international student'. I just finished my junior year and my first year of IB diploma program, however not with the best grades. So far my cum weighted GPA for 10th and 11th grade is around 3.6, UW is somewhere around a 3.0, my SAT first sitting is a 1590 and I plan on taking it again after the summer. I have various EC's like music (I play piano), dance, sports (soccer, swimming, volleyball, track) , leadership activities, i started my own clubs that fund to the Save Syria campaign, I travelled to the Philippines for something similar to habitat for humanity, and i plan on joining MUN during my senior year. I'm really really really interested in UCSB and I know their minimum GPA requirement is a 3.4 for non-cal residents, but I've been undergoing some personal difficulties (I know thats not an excuse, but they were pretty serious) and basically made this year harder than i would've hoped. So basically, what are my chances at getting into UCSB? Thankss

I dont think you can get in with such low scores, sorry to be the bearer of bad news

See link for last years Freshman Profile: http://admission.universityofcalifornia.edu/campuses/files/freshman-profiles-ca/freshman-profile-ca-ucsb.pdf</a>
You are below average for GPA and very low on SAT. Your chances are low for acceptance. You need to do some more research. You might try the SuperMatch feature on this website and input your Stats to help narrow down some more appropriate schools.
