Really, what motivates you?

<p>I'm irresistibly wanting to know what motivates you to get your work done, whether it be in school or a job. Is it fear of failure, fear of poverty, or maybe you have a more optimistic reason. </p>

<p>At the moment, I don't have a catalyst, if you will, in my life; it's very gloomy and dark.</p>
