What do you use to keep yourself awake in the wee hours of the night. What s the torch you use to force yourself on? Is it college? The feeling of sucess? The dream of being a doctor? pLease share. I need some motivation.

Here’s a list of my motivation:
- I don’t want to be a loser.
- I want to go to college.
- I don’t want people thinking I’m a loser.
- I want to be a winner.
- I enjoy not failing at life.

In the wee hours of the night, I’m just thinking about getting whatever done. That’s it. To do that, I’ll sometimes walk around or dance to a song or get water, but I’m not doing too much thinking.

My goal is to get an A with minimum effort possible. That means I work my balls off first semester and I get to chill second semester… it works out well

In the wee hours of the night, the only thing that motivates me to do work is my competitive nature- if it wasn’t going to help me beat everyone else, then I wouldn’t do it all.

My parents are on my back about stuff, I want to be a doctor (cliche), I want to go to a great Graudate school (Undergrad at a state uni is fine for me), I screwed up Fresh year and feel like I have to redeem myself. That and my extreme aversion to any grade that isn’t an A, which usually leads me to hating all sorts of academic life becasue the ocassional B is inevitable:(

In the wee hours of the night, I am sleeping. :D

The rest of the time, I think in terms of “this essay, if done properly, can pay for 1/20 of my college tuition for at least one year.” Homework? Haven’t done any for a while But really, I should do tomorrow’s hw…else I might be in trouble.

hmm, for some reason laughing about competitiveness motivation
