Hi there,
I want to know if I have a chance at getting into Harvard? I am currently in the IB Diploma program and currently predicted at about a 38-40 out of 45, I will be taking AP courses next semester, I have a lot of extra curricular activities under my belt (such as editor of school newspaper, dancing for 8 years, community outreach team, I have done pageants, captain of speech team, and I tutor math, etc) and I am retaking my SAT I this December. I haven't received my SAT II scores yet but I think I got around 700s. Please let me know if I have what it takes to get into Harvard! Thank You!

it's a little hard to tell from the info, but yeah, i'd say you have a chance... don't be worried.

hhahahah

Youur name is nofear101, yet you're displaying lots of fear in creating this thread. Perhaps your name implies that you must take said course in "no fear" level 101?

They don't offer that one

=).

You guys are definitely helping my self esteem here ;) JK

whether or not you think you have a change, you should still apply.. who knows, the admissions people may like something about you that you wouldn't think of

i say apply anyway.. what's the worst they can say? "no," and they say that to over 90% of the applicants

apply, don't worry about it, and then wait for their decision in late march/early april
