Reccomend a entrepreneur book?

Hi,
I'm finishing my MBA in finance (weekend) at U-Florida. My brother has company in the NYC area that is getting ready to bloom (carpentry). He wants me to go help him run it...take charge of the business stuff. Are the basic skills I'm learning applicable? Can anyone recommend a book for running a business, making the transition from MBA to running a small business? In retrospect, I wish I enrolled in UF's MS in entrepreneur
Program. If anyone can recommend a book, please do so, I’d like to get it ASAP and devour it. Thanks.

Wait a minute, you are about to get an MBA and you're asking for books on how to run a small business? I thought that is what you were supposed to have learned during school?

Well, it seems to me that the MBA (at least my track) is geared towards working for someone else. It's not a pure entrepreneurship program, as they have an MS-Ent. program for that. I'm sure the basic skill set is the same, but they need to be tailored in some way. Anyway, better to be safe than sorry. I wasn't planning this, it's an opportunity that popped up out of the blue, so-no I haven't really thought about doing this. Well, I planned it eventually, but not this soon.
