reccomendation dilemma!

Okay, so I’ve already asked my math teacher for a reccomendation. I’ve had him for two years and work well in his class. So thats taken care of. Now for my second reccomendation I’m having trouble deciding between two teachers: my french teacher and my english teacher. I’ve been with my french teacher for a year, and it’s an accelerated class. I moved up from regular level into the class at first, and I worked hard to get top grades. I finished up this year with the high score on a tricky/tough final [it was an old AP test]. I’ve been with my english teacher for a semester, and even though my school doesn’t offer any advanced classes, it is a hard course with a lot of assignments. the bulk of work involved creative writing, which culminated in a 35 page portfolio that I worked very hard on. We have a good repore, and I participate a lot in class. He suggested that I submit my work for publishing. So… do I go with the teacher who saw me work tirelessly for a language that I love, or should I go with a teacher who saw another side of me through my writing and can testify that I am a [i hope] reasonably good writer?
It’s so tough!
edit: I like them both, and have a good relationship with both, so that can’t affect my decision either…

What kinds of schools are your interested in going to or what do you want to major in...wrting, english, language- that might affect your decision

flip a coin.....no seriously
if they're both equally good, then leave it up to chance
im sure they will both right you similar, excellent recs

Well right now I'm into film, but not majorly or anything [ I'm not like Ricky in American beauty...lugging camera equipment around everywhere]. I'm mostly looking at northeastern colleges & universities with a firm backing in the liberal arts. I really am just completely lost on what to do!
