<p>How long do you think it would take for a school to receive your transcript, recommendations, and application through the mail and process through all that material? I ask because my transcripts were sent out on the 20th of December and yet none of my schools have received them. I've checked my status online and the documents haven't been posted yet as received. Is this just the normal delay associated with processing these documents or is there something afoot?</p>
<p>If it's close to the deadline, the college is likely recieving a ton of mail. I submitted an application right before Christmas to meet a Jan. 15th deadline, and the login I got from the college still says that they don't have it.</p>
<p>Most likely, your application is buried under a mound of other applications. I wouldn't worry about it too much.</p>
<p>Chill. Some of my applications, which I sent at the beginning of December, have only now just shown up as complete.</p>
