What purpose? Dinner? Snack? A date?

My two favorites: Tuna Noodle and Crunchy ranch chicken.

Tuna Noodle: (I literally grew up eating this stuff)
8 oz. Noodles (I like using farfalle AKA bowties)
standard container sour cream
3/4 cup milk
2 small cans or one large can of tuna
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup butter/margarine

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package. In a large bowl, combine milk, sour cream, tuna, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Add cooked & drained noodles. Stir.

In a smaller bowl, melt butter/margarine. Add parmesan and bread crumbs; stir. Crumble on top of tuna and noodle mixture. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly on top.

Crunchy ranch chicken
1/3 cup corn flake crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix
Butter-flavored Pam cooking spray
4 chicken breasts, defrosted

preheat oven to 350. Combine parmesan cheese, cornflake crumbs and dressing mix. Spray a 9x13 pan with the butter-flavored pam.

Lightly coat each breast with pam. Dredge in cornflake crumb mixture. Place each in the pan and bake for 45 minutes.
