Recommend safeties/low matches?

Hey! I have a small list of colleges I’m looking at which I’d like to add on to with some more safety/lower match schools. On my list already are UMD-CP, GWU, UVA, and William & Mary. I’m looking for a good business school in the mid-atlantic area; specifically in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. I don’t have much of a preference on size/location yet, so don’t worry about that. Also don’t think too much about money/aid when recommending, I can look into that more with my parents. Here’s my info or whatever:

GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.5 W (not exact, but around that; top 5% of my class)
SAT: 1450 (new scale; 730 CR, 720 math)
SAT2: Taking latin/math level 2 in June
Course load (currently a junior): lots of honors, AP World sophomore year (5), AP Calc BC (this year), AP Lang, AP Stat, AP Latin, and dual-enrollment psychology (classes of note for next year)
ECs/other stuff (if I list 12th grade, that means I plan on doing it next year):

  • Academic team (11th/12th)
  • Tech Crew (11th/12th; this year became the “light guy” and am doing lights for shows and other things)
  • Playing bass for 6 years, make digital music
  • Will have a summer internship at my Dad’s business this year, but doing actual work, not just low-level intern stuff
  • Plan on getting job soon to hold through the summer/senior year
  • Will apply to Latin honor society, possibly NHS
I know these ECs are very weak; I pretty much did nothing freshman/sophomore year :(. As a result my college options are gonna need to be a little below my objective stats. Any recommendations?

Take a look at Villanova.

Also, if anyone wants to, could someone label the current schools on my list as safeties/matches/reaches? Just curious

Worrying about the money later is a mistake. Every college has a net price calculator on their website that you should run. Your current list may not be workable, as you must be out of state for at least one of these schools.

How about University of Richmond as a low match? James Madison would be a safety (assuming you are in-state for VA and can afford it).

Forgot to add I live in Maryland, sorry

University of Scranton
U of Pittsburgh
