Recommendations - Common App Transfer

Hello everyone,

I have two questions on the recommendations for Transfer Applicants using the Common Application which I hope someone could kindly answer.

Thank you very much!

On the Common App, it says that the College Officials and Professors mail their recommendation letters. If I wanted to mail everything (along with my HS transcript), is it acceptable to have them enclose their recommendations in envelopes with their signatures on the seal?

For the College Official report, if the Dean does not know me well, is there any way I could write on the Report that the Dean should not complete the more personal questions? I fear that if I don't do this, and the Dean does not want me to transfer, he may write negatively about me.

Yes. I did that.

Yes. I did that. Don’t actually write on the sheet though, just like tell the office you don’t want anything written, just a signature.

Thank you very much for your prompt response, RileyJohn!

I posed these questions as I wasn’t sure whether my intended actions would invalidate my application.
