Recommendations for the SAT prep books?

Hello , I'm a new member in here ...
I have the Official Study guide and the Cracking the SAT from the princeton review... I score about 2200 + in my practice tests ...
So , can you tell me which book ( or Books ) should I purchase that would help me get 2400 ? preferably the toughest .( Please , try to give objective responses and not based on commercial purposes )

Thanks

i think when u're in 2200s, u just need practice , loads of practice lol.

The barron workbooks seem to be pretty good. I have all 3, the math, CR, and writing. The books are filled with practice problems. I have only worked on the first 50 pages on the writing and CR and 150 on the math. The math questions are a little more trickier than normal and the CR and writing is about the same. Im not sure how accurate the questions are to the real SAT but so far, the books seem to be reliable.

I think I'm going to buy Barron's since I've heard It's quite solid...
But is there any practice tests from barron ?

Each book contains 2-3 practice test at the end. What i like about the book is that they contain a very condense overview of a section with many practice questions that follow.

also, if you need few practice test, you could search google and find a few to print. collegeboard also released an official SAT practice test for 2007-08. You could enter the answers online and let the site score the test for you.

Thank you so much =]

your welcome :) and good luck.

really?! cb released 08 to 09?!! im gona chekc it out!

nvm,misread 07 t0 08 lol

there are also the kaplan and barrons 2400 books. pretty much just strategies.

And just to note 08 - 09 is released...

Ehh , sorry , It's not released yet , I dont know where I got that from...

Before you go around making new threads, try searching a little bit.

There's a huge prep book list thread already open.

working on computer is rather eye strained. Is it possible I take it under no timed condition?

^What the heck? (10char)

There is another thread that compares each book based on number of words per test--according to that, Direct Hits is the best--good luck getting that 2400
