<p>My friend was telling me the other day that our guidance counselor said that if a college receives either of these things before the actual application, they will just throw them out. But everyone else I have asked has said otherwise. Does anyone know if this is true or not? My guidance counselor has confused me more than I had been originally as well, lol.</p>
