<p>hi! On Miami's site, in addition to the counselor recommendation, they say that you can send other recommendations, but that they are not required.</p>
<p>My question is, should I take the extra time to send another rec or two? How important is it? If they don't really care if I send them, I won't.</p>
<p>That is totally up to you. I personally didn’t think that my counselor knew me very well, so I had two of the teachers that knew me best write letters for me, and I sent them along with my application. If you can get another very good letter (or two) praising your accomplishments, it can only help you out.</p>
<p>Do they have specific forms for the additional recs, like they do for the counselor form?</p>
