<p>I think that I sent two teacher recs and the counselor rec, since my counselor didn't know me at all. However, one of mine got lost or got there really late, and I was still accepted.</p>
<p>If your teachers didn't know you well, or your IB coordinator has a very different relationship/view of you, send the fourth one. If you think it'll be repeating what has already been sent, but with a few more good adjectives, give the admissions committee a break so they don't have to read it.</p>
