<p>Wake Forest has its own separate recommendation form. However, my counselor told me that because it is common app, I do not have to send in any separate forms. I already asked two of my teachers for recs, and they separately write their own. Do I have to give my teachers the separate Wake rec form or am I allowed to just send the rec that my teachers already wrote?</p>
<p>My son attended a large public hs that only uses their own forms. So, his teachers used the hs form for recs and they also used the hs form for the counselor evaluation. He’s at Wake now - so I guess it worked ok!</p>
