so many calculus teacher recycles his tests ever year... meaning that they are the EXACT same ones from last year... and since most people have older brothers/sisters, they are using those to study for the test.. Should i tell the teacher and ask if he can make major changes to the testS ?

Why bother. Just because he recycle test doesn’t mean that older brother or sister will let them study the test they took. Matter of fact, most of the time they won’t even let you take a look at the test they took or they threw it away.

what? im saying that the older brother/sister IS letting them see it…

@AsianDoctor Just study for it anyway, you will most likely need to know the material for the midterm anyway… People will cheat like that, nothing will ever stop them. It’s like having to take a test first period, you aren’t as prepared as the person who takes it 6th period and has heard from their friends what is on the test… Plus, if you had the older sibling you would be happy and thankful that he recycles tests, life aint fair and it never will be. Maybe become their friend and study from the old test with them? That could also work Either way, study the material, you will need to know it for the midterm.

@spiral7 @XxSkizzyxX thanks for the suggestions! Not trying to start a debate here but are you guys saying that I should collude with them and break my morals? Because I don’t see how it’s fair for a guy who studies for 5 hours and gets an A and another who studies the past test for 5 minutes and gets an A as well… anyways ill definitely assess the situation a bit more before i take any action! thanks!

It’ll come back to bite them when they take the AP test.

When you cheat, the only one it hurts is yourself. If it’s an AP class, they can’t use their brothers/sisters to help on the AP test, they will be at a disadvantage, having never studied.
