Sorry to ask (I don't drink this very often, I promise!), but how long does a can of Red Bull last before you crash? How long before that should you drink a second can if you need the energy to last longer? Thanks!

For me Two to Three hours..I'm not a regular user...hope it helps..

as long as you want it to last.
you know those highs are all in your mind, right?

I'm pretty sure the large doses of caffeine have something to do with it.

Bull isn't a source of energy. Cow's sexual energy is.

How long Red Bull is metabolised in your system would have work along with your height and weight as well as your own personal Red Bull tolerance leve.

For example, I am a tall (medium weight) old gal who drinks coffee in the morning. My coffee works for me until about three in the afternoon. And, I have drank coffee since the age of 12. If I drink a can of icky Red Bull, the Red Bull stuff lasts in my own system for a good four hours.

But, if you do not drink coffee and are, like, Olsen twin size - then Red Bull might keep you going for hours.

And so on and so on

I think that maybe a wee bit of expresso is neater and easier on the system. I had Red Bull twice and I think it is super icky.

To be realistic, go get some coffe, lasts longer and is stronger than the enrgy drinks.

Red Bull is responsible for lots serious ER visits. A nurse in the local hospital told me between the food dye and caffeine levels kids go totally nuts with this "poison".
How did this garbage get on the market. The nurse told me without alcohol it has been responsible for irrational behavior in teens. With alcohol its dangerous. Has anyone heard this too?

I have... I read an article on it in the dentist's office :).
I would just not drink it... it's so bad for you.
go healthy; try chocolate, fruit, or natural fruit juice instead

I gave up caffeine drinks for about 2 years before I tried a Red Bull. I thought maybe because I haven't had something like it in so long I would get a rush or something, but aside from the disgusting taste, I felt nothing at all. I actually went to sleep soon after I had it.
