Hello I am an incoming freshman and am planning to dorm with a couple of my friends(most likely mesa court). I was doing some research and I am under the impression that phase 3/4 are generally newer and more spacious. Since you cannot specifically pick out the phase 3/4 dorms, does anyone know what are the theme halls associated with them? For example FYEP (first year excellence program) is Ondas a phase 4 iirc.
