Took my first 2 regents in 8th grade. I got an 89 on the algebra one and a 93 on the living environment. For my GPA I got a 100 in living environment and a 98 in algrebra. Slightly worried if this will hurt my chances in getting into an ivy one day. I didn’t study that hard for them and I also have questions to improving future regents scores to get a diploma with honors.
Check with your school about whether the regents even show on your transcript. But even if they do, the school are interested in your grades not the Regents scores as NY is the only state that administers the Regent exams. In other words, your grades are great. Your Regents won’t make any difference.
I think that they do show. However, I should list other qualities that might play a factor.

I take all accelerated and advanced courses. I am also in AP Human Geo.
I am a 9th grader.
Unless you are applying to SUNY, nobody cares about your Regents scores.
Ditto what @skieurope said.
As for honors, you need a 90 average on your required regents for a regular diploma with honors and a 90 in all of Regents needed for advanced to get that diploma. If you have an 85 average in math/science regents, you can earn a STEM mastery designation as well.
The vast majority of people on this site have never taken a Regents; many have no idea what you’re talking about.
Regents exams are a NY State thing. They have nothing to do with the Ivy League schools, or most of the schools in the country.
The scores are fine. My kids would possibly retake the Algebra because their personal goals are 90+ and it’s not hard to try again, but it’s not a must do for any selective college admission. 89 is a solid score.
Your overall grades and SAT/ACT scores matter infinitely more than the regents exam grades.
