<p>I would first make sure they would actually change your tuition from non-resident to resident before expecting a refund. Any refund would go thru EFT (electronic funds transfer) which you should've linked to some bank account. If you don't have EFT you pick up a check they print and hold for you at Sproul Hall.</p>
