Registration fees payment

<p>Hi,
I am international student and I will be freshman this fall. I am very confused about the payment process.
As far as I understand there are 2 things I must pay for:
1)Registration Fees
2)Dormitory fees</p>

<p>When I log in bearfacts I see I have to pay 13~K through CARS.
I suppose these are the ways to pay for the CARS billings:

<p>But what about paying for the dormitories. Where should I pay for my room.
I still do not have berkeley email (ending with berkeley.edu). Is it true that I must first register for the fall semester (pay the registration fees), before I could have berkeley email.</p>

<p>Yeah, those are the basic fees. If you have financial aid, that will start paying your registration fees first, then dorm fees. You can send a check or pay online, for the remaining balance. The dorms can be paid monthly, so you dont need to pay the whole semester at once. And you should already have an email. Im not too sure what the policy on that is for international students, but everyone else has already gotten one. Try logging into your myberkeleyapp. There should be a link there to sign up for email, well thats how it was done last year, i cant imagine they would change it.</p>

<p>What is the due date for the first month for the dormitories and where should I pay.</p>

my minimum due + full reg fee = 0 in CARS quick statement , does that mean the registration fee and dorm fee due august 15 are taken care of?</p>
