ACCEPTED: I’m honestly shocked. My GPA was absolutely terrible(Not even in the top 60% of my class) and a I had a 25 ACT. I’m and IB student with very rigorous classes. Graduated VP of Senior Council( 4 consecutive years of student council).Executive Director of the National Global Issues Network conference in my country. Won a Bronze Medal in the all Southeast Asian Conference for Forensics and Debate and tons of local and national medals. Interned at European High Comission, World Bank, ADB and In the Indian Govt. under the Dept. of Economics Affairs. Glowing recommendations and essays(My counsellor said my Richmond Supplement was one of the best supplements he read this year). Looks like Holisitic Admissions actually exists.

Accepted but no FA or merit, so cannot attend. Very pleased to have been accepted, but letting those of you out there on the wait list know that this will increase your chances. Good luck!
Originally rejected, but I wrote an appeal, and I received my acceptance letter today! No FA though so I don’t think I’ll be able to attend, but it’s nice knowing they were willing to reconsider.

Quick question: how do I know which school I’ve been accepted into? I applied to the business school.
@Ayeledee UR does not admit by school or major. You apply to major in the b-school as a sophomore.

Waitlisted - still need to send financial paperwork but not sure its worth it - without Presidential, theater scholarship or Richmond Scholars - it won’t be the best offer she has on the table-hard to walk away but probably the best thing to do
I decided to stay on the list. Attending or not, being about to get out of the waitlist is also an achievement. I paid that application fee and I need a final answer. Can’t give up.
Waitlisted/Accepted with FA! 3.84/4.1 GPA, 29 ACT, lots of extracurriculars and school involvement. Lots of demonstrated interest, especially after getting waitlisted. Can’t wait to be a spider!!! Good luck to everyone else on the waitlist.
