@WFUparent does wake forest typically waitlist? Got deferred ED1. Have a 33 ACT and a 3.8 GPA. My mid year report was really strong with really hard courses. Hoping I don’t get waitlisted on Monday/tuesday.
Also does wake forest take into account that a student ED’d in RD after being deferred?
@collegecc2017, Wake does use a Wait List. Hang in there; your ED1 does show Wake you are interested in Wake. My understanding is Wake had a very strong ED1 application pool. Again try to remain positive. I hope you get for this year a gold big envelope.
@WFUparent thank you hopefully I get good news. Either way at this point would just prefer a decision. Think “waitlisted” would be the most disappointing news after starting this process in September.
Waitlisted, 4 dates are provided for "please consider my application as late as: May 15, June 1, July1 and August 1, which one should i use?

@Yacht998, on choosing a date you just decide how long are you going to wait.? How long can you wait before you have to secure another college? Hang in there and I wish you nothing but good thoughts.
