'regular mail' parts of application not received

Hello! My application checklist shows that the documents sent by snail mail have not been received, although they have been sent more than 3 weeks ago. Other colleges say that 1 teacher recommendation was received in October, the other teacher recommendation, HS GC recommendation and transcript in Nov (we do not have midyear reports). Do you think they didn’t file these as I sent in my online apps much later in late dec? Amherst says that we should call in Feb, but should I email them now? It’s really costly to call them as I’m an international student. Thank you!

no, you should wait till feb. they probably just haven't filed it yet.

i got a letter from Tufts two weeks into the ED process saying they were missing two bits, and asked my GC about it. she said it happens all the time and they had just not entered it in as recived yet. she was right, and i got in. (what am i doing in the ahmerst board? i live here and am interested in what people say about the town)

now picture that, but with several times more applications. it's going to take even longer to get it filed. they say don't worry until february because before them, its more likely that it's not filed than not there.
