Rejected as Freshman. Should I even reapply for junior transfer?

I was rejected during freshman admissions to Harvard.

Simple overview of my stats:
2330 SAT
3.97 High School GPA
President of several clubs, but my ECs looked more like a laundry list so I think that was one reason I was rejected.

I currently attend a top 3 liberal arts college. Unfortunately the first semester I did not do so well, since I never quite wanted to go there and was unhappy. Now I will strive to do my best. Still, should I bother reapplying? Aren't transfer students supposed to be people who never applied freshman year?

The transfer acceptance rate is < 1%.

If “did not do so well” means that you didn’t get very good grades, then your chances of a transfer to Harvard approach zero. Whether you applied as a freshman isn’t even part of the picture.

Sorry to be so blunt.
