I didn’t know tulane rejected people EA, did any one else get rejected? I thought i’d at least be deferred lol
What were your stats?
my SAT was low for them at a 1230 but multiple people from my school have gotten in EA with around a 1250 and I have a 3.6 Uw//5.9 W (7 or scale) with 10 AP/Honors courses throughout HS. I have a ton of extracurriculars and a job where i work 20 hours a week and i had an internship at a major marketing company. I though they could overlook my score but i guess not:( I also showed a ton of interest and my supplement was fire

Agree on low score, however I’m surprised you weren’t deferred also. Looking at the CDS, your score was below the 25% mark.

You have a balanced list and have already been accepted at a few of your “match” schools. I think everyone should be prepared for at least one rejection from a reach school. Your SAT score is 100 points below the 25th percentile and only 19% of Tulane applicants submitted SATs. The 25th for ACT is 30 and your SAT equivalent is a 26. My D17 was rejected from her reach ED school and she is very where she landedl. You will end up somewhere great. GW is test optional, so that may be helpful to you as your SAT score is the weaker part of your profile. Best of luck.
Thank you so much! I applied to GW test optional so hopefully that’ll work out.
