<p>okay so i applied to UCR UCI UCSD UCSB & UCLA. i got into UCR with a scholarship but im really not down to go there.. im just worried i might not get accepted anywhere else..</p>
<p>Alright so im a senior in a really competitive high school...im top 13% but i have a 4.15 gpa (senior year i have 4.6)
i have taken 6+ ap classes
SAT:1740
ACT: 25
those are the only reasons im worrying bout not gettin in...:/</p>
<p>extracarriculars: basketball team for three years. MVP freshman year, captain of jv team, went to state playoffs. have scholar athlete awards </p>
<p>got hired through youth employment program (for the city) worked for 4 summers. also have a job now. i worked for the 2012 presidential election </p>
<p>i have 200+ volunteer hours. mostly coached at the YMCA and then at the boys and girls club</p>
<p>been in key club, CSF, and JSU - vice president </p>
<p>speak fluent english, armenian, and been taking four years of spanish!</p>
<p>My personal statements are really good also!</p>
<p>oh and my school's API is like high 800's... i also wanna be either a psychology or criminal justice major</p>
<p>lol…i dont mean to. im just so caught up in getting into sb, thats the only plan i have in my, head, and i know i deserve it, my sat should be the only thing stopping me haha.

<p>you’re being way to pessimistic. You’ll probably get into UCI, and UCSD, and MOST LIKELY UCSB. So quit you’re worrying and enjoy the rest of high school. It only gets harder.</p>
<p>All these members keep telling you not to worry but even if i tell you the same you wont stop worrying. I think the only way the anxiety can go away is the moment you get an acceptance letter, so why worry about what already happened? You can’t change any SAT scores now. You seem like a hard worker. I’m sure they don’t want a genius who is a lazy bum, thats the only thing i know for certain. Good luck though! I will pray that you find happiness, not success, happiness :)</p>

<p>I was notified at the UCSB reception that I was among the high applicants that will indeed receive admission to UCSB. However my scores are lower than yours. lol If I got in, you can get in! :D</p>
