<p>o and affirmative action is not still in tact with the UC systems. i know because a ADCOM came to our school and actually talked about it. y do u think ucla and uc davis' student body and only 3 % black and cal's 5% black. plus so many black ppl get rejected that they are actually thinkin of bringin back something like aa. u should reserach before u say something so lame lol</p>

<p>affirmitive action is banned by the University of California. however this does not mean that the admissions cannot use race as a factor - they just can't use race as the only factor in deciding. when ucla switched to a holistic review it is only natural that more URMs are accepted. so you're both right?</p>
<p>I know what his resume is because i asked him to see if there was anything outstanding that might justify his acceptace, and i know he's not a great writer because one of my friends had english with him. And no, im not lying, im gonna ask him to proove it to me because im skeptical too...</p>
