Does Cornell send out physical rejection letters anymore or is it just online?

Cornell undergrad may be like others: if the applicant checks the REJECT decision via the online portal, no rejection letter is sent. If after a certain period passes and the decision has not been accessed, they issue an actual letter.

I’m only guessing. If this isn’t the case, someone plz correct me.

I’m Startin to have the feeling that I got rejected…

Me too. It’s my first choice, has been since I was 11 and my dad went there. It’s gonna be tough when I get rejected.

My son was rejected in April after being deferred from EA via a physical letter 2 years ago. However, he was later sent an email about another deferral program for sophomore year he later rejected. I don’t know if it has changed since then, but in 2011, rejection letters were physically sent.

@Jeppy18 it’s my first choice too… i will literally do anything to go there. if I get rejected…i am going to reapply for spring semester, and continue to reapply in each semester until I am accepted

Wow eberej: I know it can be emotional facing uncertainty but I hope what you said is just that – ranting. Because if this is a display of your analytical and problem solving skills, you are in a poor state.

@T26E4 i was just playing… it’s nothing serious. I would love to go to Cornell but if I don’t get accepted, I am actually not applying again. I am just going to pick one out of the 11 that has accepted me and spend the next 4 years and do the best I can.
