Religion

How would a non-religious student fit in at Emory?

Perfectly…Emory is really not a very religious school. Students have friends from all backgrounds and nationalities and religion is generally regarded as a personal issue. My son is an evangelical Christian and the majority of his friends are non-religious, although they come from Hindu, Judaism, and various other Christian backgrounds.

There is no effort to push religion of any kind.

There is an effort to promote civil dialogue and ethical behavior.

Couldn’t have said it better myself!

Emory tends to have little in the way of religion. Most people I encounter are either agnostic or atheist, or “religious” only in tradition.
