Remembering words?

Hey. So I have been taking practice tests and practicing for the SAT for a while.. Like I'm sure you've all heard my questions..
So I was just wondering, is it worth remembering 3000 words from a SAT list? For one, I never really BOMBED the sentence completion. I usually get like one wrong and I never studied the words.
MY question is should I study those SAT words? I kinda would like to heard opinions because I don't know, I've never really taken the SAT for real, like I'm just practicing as a sophomore..

thanks!

My suggestion is for you to use the Barron’s 3500 word list. Make make 3-4 notecards per day for words you don’t know. You should already know a good portion of it. You are still a sophomore and you have plenty of time to study :).

I wish I was still a sophomore …

I also know that the Direct Hits list is good :)

^Yeah, that’s what I’m using since I only have 31 days until the PSAT :(.

IceQube. Thanks for the suggestion (:

HA. I wish I have your score IceQUBE! Seriously, like today, I was doing a couple of math questions and I completely forgot how to do them! UGH! Barron is hard :P

Just remember, my sophomore year PSAT score was only a 180. You’ll easily surpass me in a year :).

Direct Hits is great but if you’re thinking in the long term, go with Barrons

Thanks ^ I’m definately thinking of barron since I have the book right in front of me ;D
