Boston is beating out the CA cities that usually are higher. Not good for renters as the salaries in Boston are not as high as CA (where the cost of living is considered higher).

My D and her 3 roommates live on the first floor of a house. They would have to pay an extra $200/month for the use of the driveway. And it’s not even big enough to fit more than 2 cars. It’s ridiculous.
