Some really stupid questions, sorry about these… Could you please share some links where freshmen can rent a fridge. Also, are we allowed to bring a kettle on the campus?

Check with you college. Many have an approved fridge rental company. As for an electric kettle, check the rules. they may not n=be allowed.
@ucbmxx check the july newsletter because it includes information for renting a micro-fridge. Electric kettles are not allowed.
