Is this just stuff that has changed since DODMERB (which is nothing) or do I have to re-list my whole medical history?

They want to know if anything has changed since DODMERB.

Does this include like getting sick with the flu or something

I don't think you have to include things like the flu unless you were hospitalized. Our son had to have a minor op to clear up a small problem in Feb before he graduated in June. We were lucky, he had his surgery at the National Naval Medicial Center in Bethesda so the docs knew the drill and made sure the paper work was in order. It was fine and didn't affect his entry on I-Day, but it would have if we hadn't contacted DODMERB when he had his surgery.

No flu, colds, giving blood, minor injuries, removing warts, hangnails, etc. . Major or potentially confounding issues is my understanding.

remember to report any additional vaccations you may have had (ie: menningitis)
