I have no idea how this happened, but I reported i had a 28 on the writing section of an ACT when I had a 27. I sent all the colleges a email saying I was really, really sorry about it and had no intention of attempting to cheat. Are colleges forgiving of a little mistake like this? It was truly an honest mistake, and i have attempted to correct the problem. Please help.

Don't worry about it. Admissions counselors know about things like typos. You've done what you can; now relax.
